If so, you have the right to a copy of your contract in an alternative format at no charge and to a longer (30-days) trial period to ensure that the service and phone meet your needs.

If you are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing, you can make an appointment using our online tool and indicate by checking the box in your request for a sign language interpreter. Please note that our partner, ECCOE, requires a minimum of 48 hours to ensure that an interpreter is available.

Xplore Mobile also provides customers with disabilities with a discount off of our in-market rate plans. Please call us at 1-866-841-7004 or speak with an Xplore Mobile store representative to determine if you are eligible to receive this discount.
